Hi there. I am honestly just a bit shocked and frustrated with Allstate. I have been an Allstate customer for many years holding multiple coverages . Over the past year since COVID-19 Pandemic, I have had to deal with many medical emergencies from a new medical condition diagnosis our family has to deal with. With that being said, the medical condition unfortunately has kept me from work, being able to work full time- much less being able to work at all. I recognize that I fell behind on payment recently. However, it caught me off guard for all state to just cancel my policy and ban me from getting a whole new policy. This agency is very professional and knowledgeable. They really take their time to make sure that they advise their customers according to their needs. The agency owners, Joseph and Georgina, take great care of their customers and run a business with integrity and honesty. You can tell just by walking in that office that their staff is excited to work there and service their business. When my husband had an accident, I was pleased to find out that his policy really protected him and this particular office works directly with their customer to ensure that the claim process is easy and hassle free I recommend that everyone in VA change their insurance to this agency. They will take great care of you.

We have been with them for years, everything was OK. Recently seems like they cannot get their stuff together. Completely messed it up homeowners policy, don’t have a lender on file, can’t find payment that was sent. Had to pay them like again out pocket, and request another payment from lender, (3 payment). After all of that, now we have to spend my time to deal with the refunds and to square everything up. Absolutely unacceptable

I'm not pleased with how I have been treated as a customer lately!! I have left several messages for a rep to return my calls and no response. I had to email someone by the name of Cathy, who finally explain things to me about a falsely reported claim, only to learn that I am owed money from 2022, but still no resolution. Thank you Cathy for what help you did provide.

This insurance agency is the best I ever had when I had a accident last year they made it there business to make sure I was covered with a rental car for as long as I needed it with no complaints wouldn't change for anything.
