Insurance companies have always been a hassle to work with, some agents too, who pretend to help but really in it for themselves.. I will say, after working with Joe, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had no problem telling me the truth. He was just a pleasure to work. He went above and beyond by working after hours just to get my insurance started. No hassle at all! AWESOME customer service which let’s be honest, nowadays, so many lack of.
