I worked with Sarah W to model out several different policy changes for our family to find out what worked best for us. She was great about providing me all the information and considerations to help me make the right decision. She was really on top of everything and made the process easy for me to make sense of it all.

Ashley was extremely professional and helpful and understood my concerns and questions. In the end, we had to go with another insurance policy due to premium cost, but she did everything she could to help us get discounts and save where we could. I will definitely be reaching out to her to compare prices again in the future.

Prior to the renewal of my auto and homeowners policies, I called my local Allstate office in Columbus, GA. Fortunately, Kathy Victor answered. I asked if she could go over my auto policy to make sure my coverages were adequate, and to make sure I was taking advantage of all available discounts. This lady went above and beyond what I would consider Good Customer Service. Her service was way beyond what I was expecting. She was extremely thorough, and her follow up was outstanding. On top of this , she saved me $$$ on my premiums. She absolutely earned this 5 Star Rating!

Charo was amazing today. She made changing our policy, for a trade in, seamless. First class customer service at its finest.

Ashley was wonderful! After we sold our home and no longer needed Allstate's homeowner's insurance services, she proactively reached out and ensured we received the refund promptly to our new address. She went above and beyond to take care of us even though we were no longer customers!
