I have been With Jose Martinez State Farm Office since I started driving when I was 18 years old. That's now been 16 years! Always exceptional Service! Becky is amazing and always makes sure we are taken care of. Even when it comes to policy changes that would be in reguard to my personal situations she has called me to let me know! To me remembering something about a client's situation and something pertaining to them to call them and make sure they have all the information is above amd beyond to me!

If you're looking for insurance, this is the place to call. They have amazing customer service. I have been insured by this office since I owned my first vehicle. One thing that never fails is the customer service my family and I receive each time we need something. It's been over 10 years and I am still treated the same as when I first reached out. Everyone is great; however, I rely on Becky with most of my questions. She is so responsive and makes my family and I feel like we have someone on our side. I hope to insure more vehicles in the future.
