I replied to an online "free car insurance" promo and received dozens calls, emails and texts. Michael Allen with Jordan Radel Insurance Agency was the most professional and polite. I was busy when he called so I asked him to call me back in a few days. He did. I was busy again, so I asked him to send me an email. He did and followed up with a phone call. I told him that I hadn't had time to compare polices and to call me in 3 months. He did and I put him off again and asked for more information. Was looking to spend a little less on car insurance, but still have good coverage, and State Farm fit the bill perfectly. But what really made me give them 5 stars was the people at this office. I spoke to Michael over the phone, and he answered all my questions, and even suggested some adjustments to make sure I got the best deal. And then when we met in person, to put a face with a name, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to get more coverage from them; I just felt like he was giving other options. Michael's approach and personality have me considering changing my other insurances to State Farm. I feel confident in saying that Michael and State Farm will insure me for years to come.
