Great people! I was impressed with how quickly they reached out after my initial contact. Also very impressed with how simple it was to switch insurance. Boy I'll tell you what! Fiona here in North platte-Jordan Boston is a true rock star! She has helped us through multiple claims, and I could not be happier. She has made the process's so easy my 10 year old could do it. Well if he was on the policy that is.. I highly recommend giving them a call. Your insurance may seem daunting but these guys handle everything and always with your best interests in mind!

I’ve been a client of this office for 3 years and although I am moving back across the state I am choosing to stay with this office instead of moving to someone local because of the outstanding service I receive from Tara! Tara has always been happy to take my calls and answer my questions. She has never left me confused and has never given me a “that’s just the way it is” type of answer. I’ve dealt with Jordan Boston State Farm agency for 10(?) years (could’ve been more) and with the associates he has in his office several times. Most recently it was with Natalie. We recently moved from Nebraska to another easterly state and she was very instrumental in getting all of our policies transferred in a very smooth and easy (for the policy holders anyway)! I have no doubt there was more work on her end than ours because we just made a phone call I within 60-90 minutes all policies were transferred and we were done until the next billing cycle.
