BEWARE! A major scam. They changed the price of my business General Liability policy (it quadrupled) after I paid the initially quoted renewal price. They lied to the broker and insurance carrier to try to protect themselves from their own screw-up. I have had to file formal complaints with the State of NJ against Lisa Mapes and Eric Jordal. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Lisa Mapes at Jordal bound a policy that we did not agree to and after a week of phone calls and back and forth they refuse to help us. The policy would outrageously priced and had very bad coverage compared to alternate quotes we had received. Is all Jordal cares about is covering themselves, not the customer and doing what’s right.
