Called to cancel my policy. Marina who answered the phone seemed confused she was answering a call for the office she works at. No introduction, no effort for any level of customer service. She hung up on me before we resolved my issue.

Horrible customer service and entirely unhelpful. And when it matters the most, they won't be bothered to make a real effort to contact you. Noel is bad at her job and you should not trust this agency to help you.

I have been with Allstate for over 10 years and I love my representative, Kerry Chavez. She is absolutely amazing and she makes all the difference. The service is great. The rates are great, and overall I’m a very happy customer. I highly recommend them. Kerry is always there when I need her and there’s never a day that she’s not available.
