Jon Lusin: Allstate Insurance

This office is so unprofessional. Also dishonest. Jon has sent several text messages lying. Then 800 number even says he shouldn't of done several things. But refuse to rectify the problem. Insurance commission is my next stop. I have proof including all texts and screenshot. They almost double Insurance because of miles driven. Even though I gave estimate but agent decided to lower miles driven on their own. Don't use this office unless you want to be lied to by jon lusin and his office and staff. I guess he thought i wouldn't keep evidence of his dishonest practices. They actually deleted certain things from the app,conveniently. But I took screenshots, before they did.

I have been with this company for years and always paid on time. My insurance went from 263 to 400, so i called in to ask why. The lady said she couldn't tell me, but someone would call. I received a call saying i needed to make the last payment on my current policy, and again, i asked and was told someone would call. No one ever called, and when I called back in, i was told my policy was canceled. Nice way to do business to loyal customers. I can't believe how much they don't care about the customer.

This office is overwhelmed. Very poor customer service. Takes days for a return call. I do not recommend them. Too many other agents to stay with them.

I haven't had any claims, but everything is working in great order The Allstate website works great also
