Jon Jones - State Farm Insurance Agent

We recently switched to Jon Jones for our agent. I have never spoken to him. The guy seems to be just the name on the agency, but more of a ghost. Anyhow, my daughter got in a wreck and State Farm undervalued the car when doing a total loss. We called our agent and they just barked orders at us on what we needed to do to contact people in their own company. I feel the agent should be following up internally on the issues I am having so I can work. They are nothing like a GOOD neighbor that borrows an egg from you or pulls in your cans when you are away. They are like a BAD neighbor that watches your house get robbed and just sits there! I have been paying State Farm thousands of dollars since I was 18 with very little claims. They could completely pay for a new car and still be way ahead f

I believe I may have reviewed Jon Jones State Farm before but was inclined to leave a review again today, after speaking with Ken. They are always helpful, caring, responsive, and overall fantastic to work with. Thank you specifically to Ken for being incredibly empathetic and easy to work with. You have a very loyal customer with me!

I can’t say enough good things about this agency. Ken did such an amazing job working with me to get my auto and home policies over to State Farm he made it so easy that I’ve already referred two friends to him. I wish I could give him a 10 star rating!!

I recently got off a call with Ken. He was extremely rude and did not allow me to talk. Aside from what he was trying to explain he should be respectful with his communication and allow space for customers to talk. That did not happen and that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He asked me a question and then when I began to answer he repeatedly talked over me. Not sure I can recommend this office for business due to lack of professionalism. The policy holder was on the phone so I am unsure what that refers to , but I am sensing lack of accountability. It’s probably best to move all of the policies to a different office.

I have been with State Farm for over forty years, my home and auto are insured with the Jon Jones agency. Yearly, I check to make sure that my inflation coverage is good.This year Ethan called me from the agency to go over details or concerns of my insurance. I discussed some home improvements with him to make sure that I was covered, he was extremely professional and caring. Through conversation, I mentioned about my car mileage and he said, “we can save you some on your car insurance”. My homeowners insurance was increased a bit, but it all balanced out. Ten plus stars for Ethan, I wish he could be cloned, he is the epitome of great customer service. It was a pleasure speaking with him.
