At first the agency is strong, friendly and driven to obtain your business. Once the contracts or paperwork is agreed upon and signed.. Its straight downhill at 100 mph. No email responses (3 emails sent to James C). No calls returned (5 calls and voicemails left over the 5 months I’ve been with the company.) I had to get nasty on the phone with a secretary and say I was leaving to get Bill Moses on the phone to be told it’s been staffing issues and inner office issues. Then I’m being transferred to some other office.. “great”..!! Constant rate changes in 5 months and with 3 policies brought over from State Farm. Only 1 policy has stayed the consistent and the same. My Auto policy and home owner policy pricing has changed 5 times. I’ve watched both go up and down. But always settle higher
