Extremely helpful! Everyone I encountered was very friendly upon walking in. Not only did Mike find me the right coverage for both of my vehicles in just minutes, but he set me up for as many discounts as I could get! These guys know how to help, and they’re very good at it. Johnsen Insurance has been our commercial insurance provider for 4 year and personal provider for 2 years. In the 4 years Johnsen has handled our business Insurance we have had 2 claims ( one was a structure fire), I can only say good things about how both claims we handled by Johnsen Insurance and our insurance provider. During our February 2012 Fire, Johnsen Insurance worked closely with my business's do our insurance provider to reopen our doors in only 7 days. Bill and Mike review our policies often to ensure that we have the proper coverage to protect everything we work so hard for. I feel thankful to have them on my team.
