John has a great team of folks working in his office. We have kept all of them busy recently. Our daughter was involved in a minor car accident and State Farm was our first call. Baleigh was the first to answer our call. With assistance from Candace, they were able to navigate us in the correct direction. Our next call was taken by Seth. He was able to navigate us through the other drivers insurance companies website with getting a claim established. We are also able to text his office with questions versus having to make a call each time. John’s team is always behind the text scene talking care of our questions and navigating us through any processes. I made an appointment with Sarah to start a new policy since I just moved to the state.! I was so impressed with her ability to make me feel at ease . She was prepared and the whole process was fast friendly and efficient! She’s is very good with her knowledge of services and was able to get me signed with renter insurance along with the full coverage for my vehicle for the same price as my last policy which is great since I’m on a fixed income!
