I worked with Audrey and she was wonderful! We had a lapse in coverage and were having such a hard time finding us a home insurer. She found us someone within an hour, and we had coverage by the end of the day. In the end, we were able to get our old policy reinstated but the experience was just so great that I had to write a review.

We have been with John T Cook since we relocated to Myrtle Beach over 2 years ago. We deal with Emily McFadden and are very happy with her knowledge, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Their rates are very competitive and we have our home and auto policies with them.

no point of using these people for business insurance people!!. Mcgee ladie was rude. they don't send emails or phone calls about anything that's need to be handled only by mail. don't make the mistake like I did. Would go with someone more hands on.

I only gave Jarad five stars cause there were not more stars. He is the best I have ever dealt with in all my years. Thank you Jarad for your kind professionalism and knowledge.
