I have known this agency over decades and I find them to be efficient, dependable and trustworthy and professional to this present day. I have learned to respect them and rely on them in all my insurance dealings with them. I rate them exceptionally great company. Please don’t hesitate to patronize them they’re really great at what they do. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 10

This might come off as me being biased by posting this review since my father is the one that owns this company... However, he has not treated me any differently than his other clients. He is very professional and personable. I was setting up my renters insurance through Allstate with Legacy Financial, and JR told me everything I needed to know for the initial policy I set myself up for. John Riordan is definitely the best Insurance Agent I know. He will help you with anything from life insurance, home, auto etc... I wouldn't choose another insurance company. You definitely pay for what you get at Allstate. From Customer Service to the Policy type. 10/10 would recommend Legacy Financial!

Trying to get someone 68 years old to give you an email or e-signature is damn near impossible. Luckily enough to Allstate agent on top of the hill filled out the paperwork for help me fill out the paperwork and send it in so hopefully you have what you want but you need to take some consideration of your older customers who’ve been with you well over 50 years, and assume that they’re not all computer savvy and can just zip you e-signature without any problem

Agents and administrative staff were Professional and competent!

My wife and I completed the defensive drivers course within the time allowed and emailed the certificates to get the discount. Then they auto charged my card an extra $45 saying I never did it!!!!! I submitted everything through the app. Even had my agent try to fight for me but they will not give my money back. I did not give permission to charge my account for anything!! I will be finding another insurance company in May when this premium expires!!!!
