Agent agreed with the State Farm Inspector that we will not pay for the damages sustained in the crash for the following reasons . “… Car was not properly maintained … “ the damages to the vehicle that went down 175 foot embankment hitting concrete at the end would have happened just driving down the road to the suspension …” “ … we at this agency no longer handle claims in the Burlington office …” “ … a 2004 Wisconsin Vehicle that has rust is considered not covered because rust is wear and tear …” Refused to provide evidence that it is listed in the policy. Refused to provide a digital copy of the inspection done to the Vehicle. Pictures and Police report was provided. Full maintenance records were provided. 2/7/2020 I would never recommend this agency to anyone. My experience has been beyond horrible. I got a notice in the mail and stopped in to ask what it was for. I was told by Maryann she had to call corporate and would call me back. About an hour later I got a text message telling me I was being dropped. I called and left a message for Maryann to call me. After getting no call for an hour, I texted her and asked her to call me. I have never received a cancellation notice, which I wanted to discuss with her. It is now 24 hours later and I am still waiting for the call. Obviously this agency has a different concept of customer service than the rest of the universe. We have gone to Kathi (at this office) for years/decades for insurance. Kathi is a gem and on top of everything! She has made sure some very stressful times were not added to by waiting for money to pay for claims, etc. We have gotten prompt payments for claims and always had responses fast. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been with State Farm since 1995. After all these years we have no desire to leave. Anytime there was a question or problem, all we need to do was call our "Trusty Mary Ann" and she's eager to assist. Prompt call return every time. I have recommended several friends and most of my family uses State Farm. The Sivertsen's will be loyal customers for life!
