Unprofessional and condescending. They hang up on customers and fail to complete paperwork in a timely manner. The CEO is rude and only cares about money. The workers fail to communicate effectively and get mad when they have to do their job. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Trustworthy, fair even check with better options with coverages if they noticed the changes and notify the customers for better options and meet the needs. I have with them for over 15 years. Happy with them.

Horrible service if you're looking to cancel and move on to another insurance company. They literally gave me hell because of it (and they still are). Abby, who works at Russell's, is very unprofessional and condescending. I had her speak with my current company to make sure we had a smooth transition, but Abby made rude remarks about said company and asked for impossible documentation from them. They repeatedly asked me for information that I've already provided, and just won't give me my refund that's been 3 months over due. Abby made insulting comments about Arbella being a better company and how my current insurance company is not adequate because they couldn't provide the unreasonable documents. Abby, shame on you and the company keeping you there. Shame on the entire company for all

They are very helpful and nice when you are making them money but when you need to switch agency because they are to expensive.Then the become mean and very unhelpful. The owner of the company basically said that they don't need to be because I was not making them money anymore.

I have been using John Russell insurance for many years now and they always go above and beyond and I don’t have to worry about a thing and everybody that I speak to here is nothing but real good friendly people. It’s about the service and not who is the cheapest insurance and they are very competitive priced anyways.I won’t ever switch insurance companies.
