John Myers - State Farm Insurance Agent

Have used John for 35+ years couldn’t ask for a better agent

I have been a customer for 30 years and my Agent died. I had to find another agent and hired John Myers. This is the rudest man ever. He is disrespectful and unhelpful. He hung up the phone on me and encouraged me to take my business elsewhere. One minute he has nothing to do with claims and the next is conversing with the adjusters but not on my behalf. He also refers the roofers in his parking lot which I am not using at all because they never followed up with the interior estimate, Sounds like a conflict of interest. Not to mention the engineer who told me OFF THE RECORD WINK WINK that after State Farm has paid out several claims in a zip code or the area they cut paying off other claims. WOW how nice. It would also be helpful that Mr. Myers knows that one of his staff does not like to

John has been my agent for over 15 years now and I can say every experience I've had with his office has been helpful and rewarding. Big shout out to Karen who runs the office, what would I do without her?
