John McNamee Jr - State Farm Insurance Agent

The privacy violation in the below response from this agent tells you all you need to know regarding professionalism. Does not respond in a timely manner. Is rude, staff is flippant and rude. Find another agent. Or better yet, do not use State Farm. You get what you pay for and though rates may be low, so is the service. John was assigned by State Farm. I have never met the man and after dealing with him and his staff on the phone, will never want to. Despite the response. I have still not heard a peep from this agent. Additionally, the Tammy was snippy and just couldn't be bothered. Never asked for my name, policy number or what policies I had. The person who was pleasant was a call center rep from the 800 number and another local agent. It is a violation of privacy for the agen

Don't ever get this man as a landlord, he's the biggest slumlord there is and he doesn't care about his tenants. I wonder if State Farm is aware of what type of man he really is, he does no background checks and if you wave a single dollar in front of his face, he's like I have the most beautiful apartment for you and they are trash! 90 percent of Johnny boy's building are infested with bedbugs and if you ask him to take care of the problem, he will tell you straight to your face "it's to expensive, I don't want to pay that price, then try to accuse you of bringing them in. The man will lie about anything, please please beware of this man, this review is not out of spite but in hopes of saving someone else's mental health and safety, do not rent from this man.

John And his staff have been very helpful and understanding whenever I have had any question on car insurance, home owners and life insurance I’ve been with them for twelve years and they have gone above and beyond for me and also all my friends and family who I referred to for insurance!!! Thank you John and staff!!!

Transferred to this local agent from Buffalo and the select times I needed them they never answered their phones, about to transfer back for actual reliable service.
