Anytime we’ve needed a copy of an insurance card, questions about our policy they are on it. If we email or text their response is immediate, even if it’s a weekend. We are well aware of the insurance rates that are rising but we would never consider changing insurance companies because we know that John and Chris will and have always given us the best rates and they also have the best customer service and you can’t put a price tag on that.
