John Krieg: Allstate Insurance

Allstate was available when I needed insurance. John Kreig was available to meet my needs with minimal problems, and he and his staff were very helpful.

I somehow got into a mess with another agency who was not listening to me and submitting to my mortgage company for payment over and over without my permission and would not change the policy to what I actually wanted (I could go on and on), and I found this agency and asked them to please help me! Not only did they contact my mortgage company and get things straightened out quickly, they had me a correct policy drawn up and in place in no time! I think I have spoken to everyone in this agency and they go above and beyond to help give you just what you need! I have never filed a claim in my 76 years, but I am glad John and his team are there for me if I ever have to! Trust these guys (and Mandy). They are GREAT!

I am not super excited about Allstate to be honest. I was in my first accident that only involved myself, and no damage to anything other than my car. The cost of my insurance increased around $100.00. That is horrible. I am thinking about switching to an insurance carrier that is accident free for the fist accident. In all of my driving 50 years, this has been my ONLY accident that only included myself at fault I also could not get ahold of anyone at that time and they are located in a town that is an hour away, not locally. It was a very frustrating experience. Since that time John Krieg has taken over and when I call, he usually answers and is very helpful. But I still have that increase of $100. I was assigned a new agent a while back. I had a collision claim, couldn't get in touch with my agent (nothing new), called and talked with 3 other people, who had no idea about my claim. Whe I called back to ask about the payment to Kwik Trip, he told me I had to call corporate to have them send him documents. Highly unusual. Kwik Trip thought it odd too. I never heard back if anything was needed? I did all the leg work. When I called a month later to cancel our homeowners and car. Couldn't get on touch with my agent. I left a voicemail, no return call. Called next day, I spoke with office support to cancel, all I got was oh, ok!!!Poor Poor customer service. With a new provider and U can just pick up the phone and speak directly with our agent..

My prior insurance company I had been with began increasing rates and charging extra for basic coverages forcing me to look elsewhere. JK Allstate offered and provided me added coverage at lower cost rates. Very glad of the service they provide and the rates, I feel I'm in "Good Hands!".
