I recently had the pleasure of working with John Koch, an insurance agent at Allstate, and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service he provided. John's expertise in home and auto insurance was evident as he guided me through the process of selecting the right coverage for my needs. His dedication to finding the best solutions and his excellent communication skills made the entire experience positive. I have been a customer with All-State and with John Koch for over 30 years, and, I will always be. The customer service his agency and everyone in it provides is the best I have ever encountered, not only in the insurance industry, but anywhere. I trust him and his agency and I know that I, and my family are in the best hands possible.

I switched my Insurance to John and Allstate from USAA several years ago. I had no problems with my previous insurance company but John really took the time to explain to me in detail what was needed and what was not needed. Not only did I save money but the service has been exceptional. I have called the office several times and it feels like family when they are helping me. This agency has a great culture and people.

I have been working with John Koch for the last 2 years. They insured my home and several rental properties I own. They are prompt, professional, and courteous with all my emails, phones, and requests. They also took outstanding care of me yesterday, when I visited their office for the first time, in order to review my portfolio and sort varied insurance issues out. They took the time, efforts, and put good common sense to sort it all out and even save me some money. In addition, I noticed they are well vested in helping the community, especially in volunteering their time in helping others, like 'Meals on Wheels' and some Baltimore youth organizations.

John at Koch Insurance has been great to work with, I was with another company and they were charging more for coverage that I did not need. I switched over to his company and I have been very happy. They are also really easy to reach by phone.
