John Kizziah - State Farm Insurance Agent

EDIT…. I recently received a notification my rate was decreasing.. I give a review, so he can get a free lunch.. and my rate went up 27%… may be time to switch again!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬. I used to switch insurance companies often, Rates always went up every year. Since I switched to State Farm I have been happy. They have the most reasonable rates. Mason West was great today when I went in for my yearly meeting. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I had a great experience working with adriana Zaleske! She was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain my options clearly and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and they made sure everything was handled accurately and efficiently. She was very friendly and had a good attitude and very good attention to detail really stood out and made the process stress-free. She had Excellent customer service, this is exactly why I trust State Farm.

I know nothing about my own insurance or how it works. Glenda took my call like a champ today and explained everything slowly and clearly so I could understand. We got all policies updated after her explanation of coverages! Highly recommend working with this agency! Glenda is superb! Also, LeAnn is a tremendous help with homeowners insurance and saved us a TON of money by finding us another carrier. Don't go to another agent in town... Start here! 👏🏽❤️

I’ve been with State Farm for 3 years and have had great experience with Tyler and Adriene every time. When my agent switched over, I was nervous because I had such good service with the people who set my policy up, but the office has matched my great expectations. Mason just set me up with my second auto policy and truly was so helpful with explaining what would work best for me and listening to my budget/coverage concerns. Would definitely recommend this location (and Mason)!

Have followed Tricia for over 33 years where ever she has worked and this wonderful woman is the best in the insurance business. Her with John it’s a home run every time. My family has been with State Farm since 1977. And have only had different agents due to retirement. I’ve recently had to change to closer to home agent and actually cried after talking to Tricia to tell her I had to change. It’s almost feels like a divorce. When my wife tried to get a better rate NO ONE COULD TOUCH IT PERIOD BY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. It almost felt like cheating but we stayed. Love Tricia and all that she has done for me and mine.
