As we discussed my family’s need for home owner’s insurance, I found Gwen to be personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We discussed auto insurance as well and when she was finished and provided me with a quote, I was absolutely shocked at the price she quoted for our home owner’s policy which was 58% lower than our home owner’s insurance quote from our then current company!?! We typically rate shop for cheaper insurance every couple of years, that’s how we ended up with State Farm 3 years ago. We haven’t rate shopped since because of the absolutely superb customer service we receive from Gwen. She is always there when we need her and so fast and knowledgeable.
