This is the wrost agency I have ever spoke to. I was asking a question because I had a misunderstanding and the customer service rep told me she can't keep "holding up the phone". Let it be known this convo was LESS than 5 minutes long- literally no time at all. This is also the only agency I've ever encountered that CHARGES for a condo certificate for a refinance. They are absolutely unprofessional and rude. Please avoid this agency at all costs. The customer service is beyond awful.

This place has got to be the most unprofessional and rude insurance agency out there. The owner Mr. Prudente seems to be a "very important" individual that has no time to assist his clients businesses! The staff there must be very low IQ'd not to understand what a simple COI is. Stay away from this place!

Hands down, the worst insurance agency I have worked with. Do not recommend.
