John Hiller is always my go to Allstate insurance agency. I have been with him for 30+ years. They work to find the best and least expensive solution to all of my insurance needs, whether it is home, auto, luxury items. They offer discounts for bundled policy's. The phone is always answered!! I put all of my trust and insurance needs in John Hiller with Allstate!

Today I called in to inquire about a change that occurred to my policy. I spoke to Jessy Avila who was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I was very polite and kind and she was extremely aggressive and raising her voice for no absolute reason. I hope the call was recorded so it can be reviewed. I called in at 9:03 am. The one star is for Jessy not for the rest of the office. I understand people have bad days but no excuse to take it out on customers. I called back and spoke to Chad who was helpful and helped me resolve the matter effortlessly.

Chad and Jessy are very professional, patient and knowledgeable about the Allstate products they endorse. They are honest and have saved me approximately $500 by “bundling” my condo and auto policies! They take the extra time to answer all questions throughly so there are “no hidden fees”! I highly recommend Allstate and this office in particular.

At the end of my coverage period I canceled my policy because I found insurance elsewhere. 3 months later I receive a notice from a collections agency. I've been with Allstate a long time, I've never missed a payment and always payed in full. While trying to talk to the representative (Chad, he would not give me the rest of his name) he got upset because I pointed out that they were charging me for a period during which I already had new coverage. Chad then hung up the phone! It's not the type of service I expect from a top-notch company, it feels like something scammers would do. I have no confidence in Allstate anymore.
