We had a closing in January 2025 and this insurance company paid the new buyers insurance on the property they bought from us from our policy. At closing we were shorted a little over $2,000. Til this day 4/1/25 we are still being given the run around and have yet to receive our money!. This is almost theft!. How did they allow our mortgage to pay for a new homeowners insurance?!?!? Incompetence at its finest!. And they have the nerve to say it was our fault!! We didn’t handle this process they did!!!!. Contacting BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU next!.

First homeowners insurance claim in 20 years and this insurance sold me a terrible policy. Luis also is inexperienced and has no business even discussing someone's policy. Definitely cannot recommend them
