She was able to get me my quotes fairly quickly & took the time to explain if I took full coverage of Liability on what was covered & not covered. She was very patient in answering all my questions. Not once did I feel rushed off the phone. She even sent a welcome letter for joining John E Peakes' insurance agency. That made me feel important to your insurance company. If you’re living in California, it is hard to find homeowners insurance, nowadays. I spent two weeks looking for an insurance company to cover my home and offer competitive rates, that I could afford. After much searching and finding rates, that were double what I was paying and about to give up, I found Mercury Insurance- John E. Peaked Insurance Agency. John E. Peakes is amazing!! Their service is so fast, I’m never put on hold, and if they can’t pick up right away, they call back super fast! Thalia is the best, I definitely recommend working with her. She is very professional and kind and got me low rates fast and over the phone and email. She even emailed me months into my current insurance plan when a cheaper one was available and helped me switch. Thank you so much, Thalia!

She handled everything so smoothly and over the phone too! Talia was super respectful and kind she didn't make me feel like a bother or rushed like the previous company I dealt with. If you are looking for Mercury auto insurance I 100% recommend you applying with Talia and NOT with 'Vinsa insurance associates' Karina Fuentes was my agent there and she'd probably still be working on my application and stressing me out.
