John Dominiani's State Farm office in Ridgewood, NJ takes an old-fashioned approach -- great customer service, personable employees, and a high level of efficiency. Mr. Dominiani's has covered my home, auto, and my wife's architecture business (liability). Since he has kids, he understands first-hand how high auto insurance can be when you have teenagers driving for the first time. He offered great tips to keep the rates down. A few times I have had claims on my homeowners policy, and he helped arrange estimates of damage quickly and efficiently. I can count him as a friend. This extends to several of his employees, many of whom have been with him for years and years, proving that he must treat them well.
