John Co - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with John since August 2020 and have been very impressed with his dedication to providing wonderful customer service. I have both my car and homeowners insurance through John's office and couldn't be any happier with how professional and personable he is. Any issues/questions that have come up, he's been responsive and communicative. Whenever my car warranty/agreement isn't being honored by the dealership, John has been great in letting me know if State Farm can or cannot supplement any services I need (example: car rental) In regards to the uncharted waters when it comes to insurance in California, he's let me know every year the projected increases I may experience so that I'm not surprised when I get my renewal letter. John and his team are beyond helpful, they always have our best interest at heart and do a great job explaining options. My family has been using his office for many years now and we have sent our friends, family and clients to him as well. When we switched our auto insurance we saved money and got better coverage. In the last couple years we added life insurance, we had been feeling intimidated by all our options but they took the time to make sure we understood our options and helped us make the best choice for our family. I love having an office I can just call or walk into with any questions and get to talk to real people. Very responsive by phone and email.
