I had a car run into my house in February and had been without gas, hot water since the beginning of May. The process have been frustrating cause you have to deal with so many contractors for different things and you have to go with these people timing when they can get to you. And sometimes these guys show up when they say they will and sometimes they don't and that be the frustrating part because now they have me sitting waiting around on them to show up and they don't and me miss out on my money. But I must say Allstate have been reaching out to get this thing finish with and I hope we can get this thing rap up cause it's going on 4 months.

I switched from my agent who represented State Farm a little over a year ago. OMG, I am so happy with my decision. Morgan took my policies from State Farm and made our new policies cover exactly what was in the old policy. When you switch you usually are just looking to save a little money. Well we did actually save quite a bit. But the real appreciation I have for Carbo Insurance is when we flooded a few weeks back (both cars, 2 scooters and the house) I sent an email to Morgan asking her to get in touch with me because I had to enter several claims. I really didn’t expect to hear back for several days since so many people in New Orleans had flooded. They have offered, not forced any extra coverage upon me and have notified me of various ways to lower my insurance rates. I like to stay local when I can and I will recommend this agency to anyone who asks.

My service with the John Carbo, Jr. agency is unsurpassed when it comes to attentive customer service. I only wish Allstate Insurance Company would allow customers to choose the amount they want to insure their homes for and in addition offer an adjustable hurricane deductible.
