I am a costume ,early July I reported them my roof is linking, the agent told me it's covered ! After a week they sent some inspection, than adjuster called me said after he received the paper will send me check, but July 18th I received voice mail from the adjuster, he said not covered because it's nail pop ! I have two construction professionals said that no nail pop ! They also said I didn't reported early ! I paid money for something happened, but Eric do everything no covered ! It's bed business! Don't trust this company ! They are lier! Keep the money go haspit for your family

My husband and I spoke with a supervisor today because I had a simple question about my policy I needed clarification on. The supervisor was extremely aggressive.She mentioned me speaking with the previous rep so basically it was no need to talk with her. She yelled when I asked her to please hear me. She cut me off when I tried to kindly speak. I guess she was having a bad day or maybe this is how she supervises clients she isn't interested in speaking with... She screamed "You know what!" I hung up after that because it was completely un called for. I myself have a supervisory position at my job and would never ever treat a customer this way.
