John Burton III: Allstate Insurance

Have been calling this office a whole lot lately and the only thing I can say is that this agency has the MOST polite, patient staff who have always worked to help with my home owners policy. They answer all my questions, I have not personally met John but he runs a very solid agency. When I call I get a real person every time, with no long wait, and I get the same kindness with each person that I’ve spoken to. I would recommend them for sure.

I haven't been with them for a long time. But so far I've been very pleased. I like the lady that runs the front desk. Very pleasant to talk with. She handled all the paperwork and was a joy to work with. Because insurance place is not where I wanna spend my time. She made it pleasant for me. They beat all my other quotes I had. I have not yet had to file a claim. But I'm praying I never have to. If I do I'm hoping the same service will be just as great. My home, automobile and RV is with them. So far my service has been 5 star rating. It def starts w liking them and I do. Next is price-they beat out some the top insurance company quotes. Efficiency, they have been a step ahead of me the whole time. I haven't had to wait on them. Paperwork fast quick efficient. Happy Customer. :)
