Jennifer Jeffries has been so very helpful! She is quick to respond to emails and has provided estimated quotes for several different vehicles. When speaking with her on the phone she was incredibly friendly, very knowledge and professional. She has made my experience at Allstate very enjoyable!

Called their office twice today requesting a call back. They never returned my calls. Could not even speak to a human. Called 800 number and they couldn't help me. I have been an Allstate customer for over 20 years. Was having an issue with my account and nobody ever returned my calls. Guess I'm not in good hands.

Just moved to the area. I have had Allstate for almost 20 years. Sat in this office for 45-50 minutes. Went over ALL information 3 DIFFERENT TIMES with 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, who I never saw, while the secretary relayed EVERYTHING ALL 3 TIMES on the phone. Never saw an agent. The secretary treated me like I was a felon when she asked me if I had a bad driving record. I don't. Even if I did, who is she to talk down to me about it? When I told her I received a speeding ticket my 1st week here (last week) and haven't even contacted a lawyer for it yet, she acted like I ran someone over and left the scene. When the 3rd agent on the phone quoted me a reasonable price, the secretary chimed in and said, don't forget about her ticket (that I haven't even gone to court for). I should have walked out a

I called this afternoon and had the pleasure of speaking with Jen. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and oh so patient with me. My family has been with Allstate for over 50 years! Jen is proof that we are with the best insurance agency!

Jen is very knowledgeable, and has a very warm, inviting, and upbeat personality ! - She listens intently, gets to the core issues, and offers a gameplan going forward.
