I want to say that Liz was incredibly helpful and understanding in resolving my issues with my car and home insurance policies. She deserves much praise. I also want to thank Jennifer, who i spoke to in the office. Like Liz, she was wonderful and kind. State Farm is very fortunate to have employees like Liz (and Jen) and they are the reason I will being a customer.

I have moved to South Carolina and I had problems with my mail. And I have to say Liz Miller was such a pleasure to deal with during this time. I was waiting for my license plate receipt for weeks and I constantly contacted Liz and she was amazing always reassuring me not to worry etc about everything. She has to be a valuable employee for your office. I commend her for her efforts always. Her knowledge and kindness were always appreciated and she was always willing to go the extra mile for me always. Joe is the absolute best!!! I was frustrated after my old insurance company raised my rates for the 3rd time in 5 years, despite me not having any accidents, tickets, or claims. He was able to insure all three of my vehicles (SUV, sedan, and motorcycle) for less than what I was previously paying for just the four wheeled vehicles. Thanks a lot Joe.
