Joe Simien: Allstate Insurance

Don't waste your time. We went here to make some policy changes and add another car to our existing policy. Over the years I have worked in retail many times so I can say without a doubt Iris is the rudest person to deal with I have personally ever met. Don't waste your time with this place, most agents are very friendly when you try to give them your business.

While I don’t have any issues with Joe Siemen I have issues with ALLSTATE. I haven’t had a claim in 30 yrs and now that we’ve had a hurricane and I’ve had damage to my roof ALLSTATE doesn’t want to pay for my roof !! Just want to patch it .. I’ll be looking for other options after I’m done with this claim.

We love this place and Iris in the office. We changed insurance recently because of the crazy rates in Texas. But, we will be checking every 6 months and will go back if the rates drop.
