Joe Query with State Farm has handled the insurance for our rental properties, personal properties, vehicles and toys for over 30 years. He and his team are outstanding. I mostly deal with Melissa Walker and have always appreciated her experience and longevity to this team. Whether it’s updating a policy or explaining coverage she communicates clearly and responds quickly. Joe Query and his team are reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this team to anyone who wants an insurance company who provides exceptional service like they do.

This Review is long overdue. The reason I say it's overdue is because: "StateFarm has been my automobile and renters insurance for a little more than a year and the perks I receive when I enter the building are always needed." First, when I walk through the door before I see Shannon, there are a variety of perks such as: "Calendars-wall and desktop," "Key Rings," "Chapstick" - which we all need. "Coloring Books and Crayons for the kids," and... all sorts of good Candy." When I say: "Good Candy," I mean the kind we love the most!!! Shannon Jordan has been our State Farm contact for over a decade. Over time we have grown into needing multiple forms of coverage and ultimately moved them into State Farm so that she could watch over each one.
