Joe Plante - State Farm Insurance Agent

This is an honest review. I have been with State Farm and Joe Plante for over 30 years. I cannot say enough great things about the service, it is fantastic in every way. If you are looking for " Top Of The Line" service Joe Plante is the only way to go. Every phone call or email is retuned timely always that day. I am in Green Bay WI right now for the Packer Home Opener 09/06/2025 and I needed help Joe immediately helped me as I knew he would.

Joe is a great guy and an even better agent. He always updated me if there was ever payment issues or updates with policies. He made my additional home coverage seamless into my pre-existing auto coverage and gave me a great discount with the bundle. He also sent holiday cards yearly since I signed up for a State Farm’s policy. 10/10 would recommend. He also saved my cat from a tree once so that was cool, thanks again Joe.

My experience with State Farm in general and Carlos Cardona specifically has been without a doubt the best insurance experience I have ever had! Even before I had a claim every employee I had an exchange with, was polite, kind and extremely compassionate and calm! I cannot say enough glowing recommendations about Sate Farm!

Joe and his team have been my insurance agent for well over 20 years. In that period, he has insured over 12 cars, 4 homes, several pets, and provided me with an umbrella liability policy.
