Absolutely amazing agency! I believe I have been a customer of Joe Oldham State Farm for almost 25 years and they are GREAT to work with. The staff (Becky is who I usually deal with) is always willing to provide me with insurance information or the processing of a claim, and Joe is wonderful providing me with new ideas to keep my premiums lower without jeopardizing coverage. They have been great!

I am new to State Farm. I’m moving from another state. I’ve had the best experience. Leah has made this transition so easy. I’m so glad I chose them to represent me with my car and rental insurance. Thanks to everyone I have talked to in the office for being so nice.

We have been customers of this office for multiple years now and have had nothing but great service! They are easy to communicate with, quick to respond, the staff is always friendly, and they always take care of anything we need help with. We now live about 45 minutes from Gardner but will always continue to use this office. State Farm also seems to be the most reasonably priced insurance for good coverage!

Joe and his team, specifically Tayler, were very responsive in providing me a quote on a new Homeowners policy. Tayler took the time to walk me through each detail, thoroughly explaining coverage and answering any questions I had. Choosing the right company is always a scary scenario as there are a lot of what ifs and unknowns. They made me feel secure and comfortable in my choice.
