First off - no one likes insurance companies; and practically speaking it's typically a real pain in the butt to deal with. That said Neph made the process painless. He spent the time to explain coverages; and ensure that we obtained the coverage that we needed; and avoided coverage we didn't need. Pricing was fair and well explained. Update: I’ve been with Joe Nachbaur’s State Farm office in the Heights for over 15 years, and honestly, they’ve been solid the whole way through. They cover all my stuff — business vehicles, personal rides, and even property insurance. Joe and his team know their stuff, they’re easy to deal with, and they actually go out of their way to help. Can’t ask for much more than that.
