I give 2 stars because when I was paying them they where great. Always fast and curious. But when I called on the 20th of May to cancel my Policy. The turned around on the 21st and debited another payment from my bank account. I was like ok, no big deal. They will mail me a check for refund. Here it is June the 4th and I have received nothing from them. Not even a call. So today I have been on hold for a total of 40 minutes and can't get any assistance. I will absolutely never refer them to anyone again.
