I'll preface by saying I fully understand the difference between Statefarm and this local Statefarm office because I know I will probably get some reply in their attempt to defend their action (or lack of action in this case). I had a claim with Statefarm that was complicated and Statefarm chose to answer this in a way that did not fully satisfy me nor did they address some of the complications of this claim. They then spent several months not answering my calls (except for continuing to call me at one specific time I told them countless times I was unavailable to take) or my emails about a couple simple, clarifying questions I had in follow up to the claim. I got stuck in the snow from a freak April snowstorm 20 miles out of town and yet in my own driveway. I was out and down the road in less than an hour.
