Joe Daniels - State Farm Insurance Agent

Overall, my experience with them has been great! They close early, so make sure to go in the morning. Nobody has ever treated me with disrespect, and they make sure to do their job right!!!

I have been dealing with the Joe Daniel's Agency for approximately ten years. They are always friendly, professional, and helpful. State Farm has always been easy to deal with, and these people make it easier. Today, I dealt with Suzan. Her professionalism and knowledge is on point. She was able to answer my questions about my policy almost immediately. These are good people to deal with.

State Farm Insurance informed that my liability insurance had lapse on my car. Now the state of N.C. is telling me that I have to pay $50.00 to them in order to keep my tags for my Toyota car. First I do not have insurance with State Farm Insurance Co. I'm with another Insurance Co. and the policy is paid to April 2018. Have no policy with this Company and do not understand why they told the State of N.C. that I did and now I have to prove to the State of N.C. that my car has insurance on it with another Insurance Co. Has State Farm Insurance Co. done this to you? Don't do bussiness with this Company, they have told a right out lie on me and stay far away and do bussiness with a "HONEST COMPANY"!!!!!

Joe Daniels is no longer there, it is ran by someone else. They have no idea what they are doing. The name is now Eric Everly. I would not recommend at all.

I have been dealing with this agency for over 20 years. Excellent service. Yes when they have new personnel it can be a little rocky, but once they are up and trained they are off and running:)
