Joe Dan McBeth - State Farm Insurance Agent

If you are like me completing insurance forms are scary, not to mention stressful. My agent in Arkansas had already told me they were complicated and tricky, and that I would need help. So, this morning I went to Joe Dan McBeth’s office and asked for HELP! When I tell you they were “Like a good Neightbor and was there all the way for me! The office staff Sarah, Dan, and Kathy took such good care of me, from casual conversations to free pens! Top tier customer service, no hesitation at all. Sarah was so patient with me, she helped me complete the forms from the beginning to the end. I was not left hanging in no way! They definitely made my day and I highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs!

Not very great at customer service. I made policy changes on two vehicles and they “unknowingly” added full coverage to one. I got charged double my amount for one month until I called to dispute and they advise they would fix it, second month comes again and the vehicle still continues to show the same coverage. I called yet again and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, zero empathy, zero sympathizing. Even after I said, I will leave elsewhere instead and all I was told was OK that’s fine. Zero attention to detail , zero follow ups. I need to call corporate to get a better understanding of things. I’d recommend a different agent or a different insurance company.

My first time visit in the office was greeted by Sarah and Robin, their warm smiles made me feel very welcome! I am a 23 year old that had no known insurance background, (given that I was under my parents insurance) and needed someone to give me a good quote and not totally high ball me on the price. Kathy was so wonderful to work with, she tried to get me signed up for any and all discounts I qualified for. My boyfriend is now insured with them as well, they gave him an amazing quote compared to everyone else. Kathy and Sarah are always very responsive with emails and phone calls. Joe himself also called me when my first term was up, offering me even more discount options! I am so grateful for this team! They make the insurance experience easy and simple! :)
