I paid for an insurance policy upfront for one year of insurance. Joe wrote the policy wrong, and the underwriters wanted more money. Joe never called or emailed me once to let me know that there was a change in my policy. The underwriting Office sent me one letter which I did not receive. Month nine of 12 months that I paid for upfront I received an email after the policy was canceled for nonpayment of the extra $600 they wanted because Joe wrote the policy wrong. Below is a picture of the one and only email from Joe’s office in Sedalia notifying me what was going on with the policy I paid for upfront after the policy was already canceled.
