Very professional and customer friendly.. Prefer to pay insurance in person rather than on line and always greeted in most friendly way. I've compared insurance rates and State Farm is very good.

I never had a problem with Jody Huss or his employees. I found them to be courteous and responsive. The problem I had was with the Insurance Company that they represent. After many years of have State Farm carry my home, umbrella, and 2 autos, they dropped me as a customer because of 2 no fault accidents, and 3 comprehensive claims. Each time speaking with a claims agent, or Jody himself, I was told that these incidents did not affect my insurance. What they meant to say was that it did not affect my insurance price while I am covered. No one told me that these incidents would accumulate over time and could cause me to lose my insurance on the cars. This insurance company is horrible. Number one, the people who work there are incompetent. When I bought a car the representative couldn’t get it straight. This had to be his first day. I paid my insurance in full for six months. Since then I sold my house and I kept on getting bills within that six month period with no explanation. I called the agent and got a representative on the phone that could not tell me what the additional bills were for. I got a text that my insurance was canceled approximately a week ago. Little late informing me I was canceled. They got lucky on that one. Lucky I didn’t have an accident. Apparently the additional bills were for the discount for my house insurance on a multi line policy. Horrible State Farm agency. Can’t wait to get a reputable company.
