Jodi Landry - State Farm Insurance Agent

Literally been a customer nearly 30 years (I really can't remember the exact number but it's most of my life and I'm 54). Never had much of an issue, and never shopped around but a couple times for cheaper rates, and never could find any. Well, I finally did. I sent an email notifying them that I needed to cancel today. The response was "Send an email saying 1, 2, 3." That was it. No "signature," no thank you, not even ONE question. I'd have thought I'd have been asked what the problem was, why I wanted to cancel. Not one word. I guess customers are easily replaced, because I felt that was very rude to not even be bothered enough to ask what was wrong. Ok So Jodi Landry just called me after binding a workers compensation policy and basically said she does not like me so they are canceling the policy. WOW, If you have tried to do business with this firm please leave a comment. Very very rude. It has been quite awhile since i have been insulted so.
