I had a conversation with someone named Quiana regarding my insurance. She was very friendly when I first signed up, but after I enrolled, her attitude completely changed. Whenever I ask something, she gets upset and is no longer helpful. She often says she’s talking with another customer and will call me back, but she never does. Because of her, I regret signing up with State Farm.
