THIS PLACE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENED. I WENT THERE TO GET A NEW REISTRATION BACK IN AUGUST. IT SEEMED TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I PAID $75 WAS TOLD IT WOULD IN FEW DAYS IT WOULD ARRIVE. TWO WEEKS LATER NO CALL. I CALLED I WAS TOLD FINALLY THAT THE BMW DEALER HAD IT. FINE NO PROBLEM. I HAVE GONE TWICE AND CALLED HANDFUL OF TIMES TO GET MY REFUND AND I BEEN TOLD THEY ARE UNABLE TO LOCATED MY PAYMENT. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE? WHAT KIND OF BUINESS CANT LOCATE A PAYMENT? SO FOUR MONTHS LATER I HAVE YET TO GET MY REFUND NOT EVEN CALL! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! IF I HAD A CHOICE TO USE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Brad cut my homeowners insurance cost in half while providing the same coverage. He handled everything quickly and dealt with the cancellations and notifications. Follow-up was A+, never had to chase him. Returns call within an hour. The best!!!!
