JJ Grantham - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have a homeowner’s claim with State Farm and while the process hasn’t been quick, Deena at JJ’s office has really gone out of her way to be helpful the whole time. She actually follows up and calls back when she says she is going to and she takes the time to explain my policy and everything that is (and isn’t) covered. It’s nice to have someone that I can call that’ll answer my silly questions with kindness and grace. Having a claim isn’t fun but having a good neighbor like Deena in my corner has been really helpful!

Kristi was such a big help in sorting through system glitches to update my policy and being sure I understood every step and what to expect. I was hoping to be able to stay with State Farm with these changes and so thankful that they exceeded my expectations as always. 11 years and still outgoing all other options. Thank you!
